About the RC-1016 Large Indoor GRC Planter

RC-1016 is a tall, round indoor GFRC planter developed primarily for repeat wholesale ranges, interior-planting suppliers and multi-location buyers. Its gently tapered profile gives retail and design teams a substantial floor-standing format without the visual mass of a solid precast concrete vessel. Three standard sizes allow buyers to select one model size or coordinate the same silhouette across a collection.

The planter is manufactured from Ronglin's proprietary lightweight GRC/GFRC composite reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibers. The cement-based construction retains an architectural concrete appearance while supporting more practical handling than conventional solid concrete. Exact mix proportions, additives and production parameters remain proprietary; the approved specification controls each order.

For a practical overview of mold preparation, material application, curing, finishing and quality checks, review how GRC planters are made.

Dimensions are nominal. Confirm tolerance and the approved production specification before ordering. Compare additional proportions in the tall planter collection.

Primary Buyer Fit

Planned for Repeat Wholesale Supply

RC-1016 suits importers, home-and-garden brands, interior-planting suppliers, garden retailers, e-commerce programs and chain stores that need a repeatable floor-planter format. Its three dimensions support several price and placement tiers while keeping one recognizable silhouette across the range.

  • Repeatable specification: approved dimensions, finish references and order records can support later production runs.
  • Buyer-led assortment: select one standard size or confirm whether several sizes can be combined in the purchase order.
  • Private-label planning: color direction, surface appearance, labeling and packing are reviewed against the target channel.
  • Pre-production control: the quotation, approved sample and order specification remain the controlling references.

Secondary Buyer Fit

Commercial Interior Applications and Configuration

The tall proportion can support planting layouts in hotel lobbies, office reception areas, retail interiors, restaurants and covered atriums. For project use, the vessel, planting system, finished-floor protection, circulation clearance and maintenance access should be reviewed together rather than selecting the planter from appearance alone.

Scale and Placement

Check planter diameter, overall planted height, door and lift access, circulation clearance and the load-bearing surface.

Drainage and Plugs

Drainage openings are included by default where supported. Hole quantity, diameter and placement are confirmed by size and application. Matching rubber plugs are optional and can be provided on request.

Custom Size Review

Non-standard diameter or height requests are evaluated separately for mold requirements, MOQ, lead time and packing feasibility.

Finish Review

Confirm Surface Direction at Product Scale

The close-up reference helps buyers assess rim workmanship and a restrained concrete-like surface before requesting an RC-1016 sample. Because color and texture can appear different across a tall planter than on a small swatch, the finish should be reviewed at an appropriate product scale.

  • Shortlist a direction: identify the preferred color and surface character before sampling.
  • Approve a clear reference: use a physical sample or another documented standard for volume production.
  • Record acceptable variation: agree how natural tonal and handmade surface variation will be assessed.

What Buyers Can Confirm Before Production

The image shows a general fiberglass-mesh reinforcement stage used in planter production. Exact reinforcement placement and manufacturing parameters vary by approved model specification and remain proprietary; the image is not an RC-1016 test report or a guarantee of an identical process for every size.

  • Product specification: model, selected size, nominal dimensions, tolerance and quantity.
  • Finish approval: agreed sample or documented reference and acceptable variation.
  • Functional details: drainage and plug configuration suitable for the selected size and intended placement.
  • Shipment readiness: packing, labeling, protection and agreed pre-shipment checkpoints.

Buyers comparing other formats can continue to the GRC pots and planters collection.
